Rules For Raging
Waivers must be filled out before entering Rage On, Inc. (Waiver attached below please fill in license number, phone number and signature on waiver). You must wear closed toed shoes. No expectant mothers, person with major injury, medical issues that are heightened by physical activity or heat/hot weather or any persons under the influence of drugs/alcohol permitted. MUST WEAR MASK/FACE COVERING WHILE IN THE RAGE ROOM ROOM. MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. No children or any one under the age of 21 may enter or be near the rage room (No Exceptions).

Q: Do I have to wear a face mask/covering during my whole session?
A: Yes. You will be required to have a face mask on prior to entering the rage room and filling out the waiver. Once the face shield is on, you must keep your facemask until your rage session is over.
Q: Can I have another person in my rage session with me?
A: Yes, a maximum of 2 people are allowed in the rage session at one time. A maximum of 5 people total will be allowed in the facility at one time.
Q: What is the minimum age to participate in the rage room?
A: You must be at least 21 years old at the time of your appointment; no one under 21 or children may enter or be near the rage room.
Q: What is the purpose of this place?
A: The main objective is to have fun and relieve stress and try something different with your friends, family or co-workers. We have had numerous customers tell us this was more satisfying than doing a martial arts class, yoga, or other group activities. And cheaper than a therapy session.
Q: What days of the week are you open for business?
A: We are open on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Q: How long are the sessions?
A: The time limit is 30 minutes per session. Additional sessions for more time can be purchased.
Q: What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
A: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can contact us by phone or e-mail (preferred) at least 8 hours before your scheduled appointment. One free, complimentary reschedule is allowed.
Q: Do you have gift cards available?
A: Yes, absolutely! Gift cards can be purchased from the eGift Card page. They must be redeemed over the phone to confirm appointment after purchase.
Q: How Do I Pay For My Session?
A: All rage session payments must be made online with a credit card or debit card. eGift Card payments must be completed over the phone.
*Appointments may only be rescheduled once for free. If you do not contact us at least 8 hours before cancelling or rescheduling your appointment, we will not be able to issue a refund. No calls/ No shows for appointments (after 10 minutes) will not receive a refund.*
Where Do We Get Our Items To Smash?
Most of our smash and rage items are purchased from Goodwill and other discount outlets. We also take donations of anything that is breakable. Have old stuff/junk taking up space? Donate it to us and smash it!
